For subscription-based services:
- Fees are collected in advance according to the selected billing period (monthly/annual).
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- An invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered email address after a successful payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund terms for subscription services:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date without providing any reason.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day period are evaluated based on service usage and a partial refund may be applied.
- For digital content (in-app purchases), platform policies (App Store / Google Play) apply.
- Refund requests can be submitted by email to ofisxt@gmail.com.
Refund processes are generally completed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used.

Ofisx Technology is a company registered in Turkey. VAT is applied at the legal rate for sales made in Turkey. If you wish to have your tax number or company details reflected on the invoice, please contact us before making a purchase.
