This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Stok Takip (Offline) is an offline-first application. Your business data is stored locally on Your device and is not transmitted to Our servers. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Application refers to Stok Takip (Offline), the software program provided by the Company.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Stok Takip (Offline).

  • Country refers to: Turkey

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the Application.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The Application works fully offline. All business data You enter — including products, stock levels, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, expenses and reports — is stored only in a local database on Your Device.

  • We do not require You to create an account to use the Application.

  • Your business data is not uploaded to, processed by, or stored on Our servers.

  • If You delete the Application, the locally stored data is removed together with it (unless You have created a backup).

Optional Backups (Google Drive / Excel)

The Application offers optional backup features:

  • Google Drive backup: if You choose to enable it, a backup file of Your data is uploaded to Your own Google Drive account. This transfer happens directly between Your Device and Google; We do not receive or store a copy. Google's own privacy policy applies to data stored in Your Google Drive: https://policies.google.com/privacy

  • Excel export: You may export Your data as an Excel file to Your Device and share it at Your own discretion.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions (for example, automatic backup / data security features) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store together with our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat). During this process an anonymous purchase identifier and transaction information may be processed to validate Your subscription. We do not receive Your payment card details.

Diagnostics and Crash Data

Anonymous crash reports and basic diagnostics may be collected by the operating system or the application store (Apple App Store / Google Play) in accordance with Your device settings, to help Us improve stability. This data does not include Your business records.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
