Overview
This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and related personal data. It also explains which data is removed and what is retained for legal or operational reasons.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please send an email to ofisxt@gmail.com with the subject Delete My Account.
Include your registered email address, the login provider you used (Google/Gmail or Apple), and any account details so we can verify your request quickly.
Login Provider and Stored Account Data
If you signed in using Google (Gmail) or Apple, we store only the authentication provider metadata needed to manage your account, such as your provider identifier, display name, and email address.
When you request deletion, we will remove your account record and any linked Google/Apple identity information from our systems.
External providers like Google or Apple may still retain authentication logs according to their own policies; we do not control their data retention.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will remove the following data associated with your account:
- Account credentials and profile information
- Payment history and billing records
- Uploaded files and attachments
- Personal data stored for the account
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited time if required by law or to comply with our legal obligations. We will keep only what is necessary and secure it appropriately.
If data is retained after account deletion, we will not use it to identify you or restore your account without your consent.
Alternative Data Requests
If you do not want to delete your entire account, you may request partial data removal or correction by emailing ofisxt@gmail.com.
We will review those requests and respond as promptly as possible.
